Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib is one of the most sacred and historic gurdwaras in the city of Nanded and is among the five supreme Takhts of Sikhism. It is the holy place where the tenth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, breathed his last in 1708 CE. Consequently, this site holds exceptional significance in Sikhism.
It is regarded as the principal Sikh pilgrimage centre in South India and, due to its deep spiritual importance, is also referred to as the “Kashi of the South.” In memory of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, a magnificent and artistically designed gurdwara has been constructed here.
